Office:

-Start from the client’s tech pack or reference sample;
-Analyze / define tech packs;
-Planning of all processes.

Modeling:

-Analyze the size chart;
-Mold development;
-Prepare the cutting plan, after the sample has been approved by the customer.

Accessories:

-Development of requested accessories;
-If the accessories that were ordered are in stock, we will separate the necessary quantity.

Fabric Stock:

-If your order includes a stock fabric, we will separate the necessary quantity from the warehouse and forward it to the cut.

Fabrics:

-Analyze fabric sample in the laboratory for its development;
-Development of labdips for color approval;
-Development of the desired fabric;
-Quality control, so that the fabric is delivered without defects.

Cut:

-Cut the quantities ordered by the customer;
-Control of the fabric, before cutting to check that it is in conforms.

Print Method:

- Image treatment;
- Opening of frames;
- Color test;
- Test the temperature for the application, according to the fabric that will be used.

Sewing:

-Pre production & production tests;
- Control of measures;
- Apply QC protocol.

Laboratory:

- Color test;
- Preparation of the recipe according to the chosen finish effect.

Laundry:

- Pre production & production tests;
- Apply QC protocol.

Packaging:

- Control of measurements;
- Apply QC protocol;
- Elaboration of the packing list.

Shipping

- Scheduling and analysis of quotes;
- Invoicing and preparation of documentation.
